  Balthers Graphic Groove Box is a VJ and Moving Visuals program for the professional digital artist, handling graphics, Flash, videos and 3D. PC key and MIDI control with interactive real time animated Effects. No installation required except of the Quick Time Player. When starting the software it will checks the PC and guides you through wrong settings and QT installation.

  The structure of the software:

  1. One background layer with color, graduating and center position animation.

  2. Twenty-five layers with 2D media's like: Digital photo: tif, bmp, jpg, pds, png, Mack etc. Digital video: Quick Time, AVI, mpeg. Flash: Up to Flash MX 2004.

  3. One layer with 3D model import (*.W3D) and 3D text. Edit and real-time manipulation.

  4. One animated free mask effect in the form of a vector based drawing function creating a moving mask effect.

  5. An interactive real-time live setup function working on all layers. The trigger is a MIDI controller and the PC keyboard. Connections for in/output-devices like DMX, video and audio tracking etc. is under development.

  All the parameters are imbedded in floating palettes like the Properties, the Live and the Tools palettes. The work/show area is one the main screen and the tool palettes can be moved to a secondary screen.

• LIVID UNION

• ROBOTFUNK FLOWMOTION
  Probably the most musical VJ software around, Flowmotion (available for Mac OS 9/ OSX / Windows) offers 5 channels, over 100 realtime video effects, the most complete MIDI implementation of any VJ software (including syncing to MIDI Clock, MIDI control over any parameter, MIDI clip triggering and more), and almost any parameter can also react to audio frequencies, internal LFOs etc. Besides offering more functionality than most other VJ software, it also has a smart User Interface that allows the visual performer a lot of freedom for live improvisation.

  ScopeShapes uses the left and right sound outputs of your computer to control the X- and Y- axes of an oscilloscope in order to generate 2D and 3D shapes. It reads AutoCAD-format ASCII .dxf files, and runs on Linux, Win32, and Mac OS X.

  SoYuz is a stand alone Max/MSP Jitter patch that mix live video, QuickTime movies or JPEG's in real time with the possibility of manipulation by sound, or midi. It also have a 3D build in environment (open GL). Free to Download, only OS X version right now.
• TEXTMACHINE 3D VJ SOFTWARE
  With Text Machine 3D you can render on Screen Words and Phrases from customizable Dictionaries using all Fonts you have installed on your PC.

  Text Machine 3D Includes the functionality to Render Random Counters and Alphanumeric Strings. Combined with a Barcode Font you can get very cool effects

  Images and Video Loops can be loaded and live color filtered.

  Every Parameter can be controlled via MIDI - up to 3 MIDI Devices can be used simultaneously
